The proposed area for alienation (±14.8ha) is situated south-east of the Lamberts Bay Water Reservoir in the area earmarked for Industrial Development, as proposed in the Cederberg Spatial Development Framework. The proposed lease area (±10ha) is situated south-west of the Lamberts Bay Water Reservoir.
The public is hereby invited to submit written comments / objections on the proposed alienation and lease of approximately 24.8 hectares of municipal property. The final position and extent of the proposed areas are subject to the determination of surface and underground services.
