NOTICE: 11/2025

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21(a) of the Local Government Systems Act (Act 32 of 2000) and Section 127(5)(a) of the Municipal Finance Act (Act 56 of 2003) that the Annual Report in respect of the 2023/24 financial year is submitted for public comment and input.

The Annual Report is available for inspection during office hours at the municipal offices and libraries in Clanwilliam, Citrusdal, Graafwater, Lamberts Bay and Elands Bay. The said documentation is also available on the website of the Municipality: www.cederbergmun.gov.za.

The public is invited to submit inputs, comments and make representations in connection with the annual report in writing and to submit not later than Friday, 28 February 2025 at 15h00 to:
