MUNICIPAL ACCOUNT ENQUIRIES
Cederberg Municipality request all residents to send all enquiries on the municipal accounts to enquiries@cederbergraad.co.za.
Account holders are also requested to ensure that their personal information is corrected and updated with current details e.g. full name and surnames, email address and contact numbers.
Adhering to the above will ensure that enquiries are attended to within the required timeframe in terms of the Municipality’s Customer Care policy.
