FINAL BUILDING PLAN SUBMISSIONS FOR 2025

The Cederberg Municipality hereby informs all architects,
draughtsmen, developers, and members of the public that the
final date for submission of building plans for the 2025
calendar year will be Friday, 28 November 2025 at 12:00pm.

This deadline is necessary to allow the Building Control
Department sufficient time to process and finalise all
submitted applications before the December recess period.

Any building plan applications received after 28 November
2025 will only be registered and processed from Monday, 12
January 2026.
Requests for building inspections – including commencement,
trench excavation, demolition, drainage, fire, and building
completion – will close on Friday, 12 December 2025 at
12:00pm.
Official requests for Occupancy or Completion Certificates
received after Friday, 28 November 2025 at 15:00 will only be
processed and finalised from Monday, 12 January 2026.
