2024/25 ANNUAL REPORT: INVITATION TO SUBMIT INPUTS AND COMMENTS

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21(a) of the Local Government Systems Act (Act 32 of 2000) and Section 127(5)(a) of the Municipal Finance Act (Act 56 of 2003) that the Annual Report in respect of the 2024/25 financial year is submitted for public comment and input.

The Annual Report is available for inspection during office hours at the municipal offices and libraries in Clanwilliam, Citrusdal, Graafwater, Lamberts Bay and Elands Bay. The said documentation is also available on the website of the Municipality: www.cederbergmun.gov.za.

The public is invited to submit inputs, comments and make representations in connection with the annual report in writing and to submit not later than Friday, 27 February 2026 at 15h00 to:

2024/25 JAARVERSLAG: VERSOEK VIR INSETTE EN KOMMENTAAR

Kennis geskied hiermee ingevolge Artikel 21(a) van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Stelsels Wet, 2000 (Wet no. 32 van 2000) en Artikel 127(5)(a) van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Finansiële Bestuur, 2003 (Wet no. 56 van 2003), dat die Jaarverslag ten opsigte van die 2024/25 finansiële jaar voorgelê is vir publieke kommentaar en insette.

Die Jaarverslag is beskikbaar vir besigtiging gedurende kantoor ure by die munisipale kantore en biblioteke in Clanwilliam, Citrusdal, Graafwater, Lambertsbaai en Elandsbaai. Die gemelde dokumentasie sal ook beskikbaar wees op die webwerf van die Munisipaliteit: www.cederbergmun.gov.za.

Die publiek word hiermee uitgenooi om nie later as Vrydag, 27 Februarie 2026 om 15h00 skriftelike kommentaar of vertoë met betrekking tot die jaarverslag in te dien by:
