APPROVED 2025/2026 FINAL ANNUAL BUDGET, FINAL AMENDED FIFTH

GENERATION INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP) 2025/2026 AND 2025/2026 DRAFT TOP LAYER SERVICE DELIVERY BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (SDBIP)

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 22(a) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003) and Section 18 of the Municipal Budget en Reporting Regulations 2008 respectively, that the Final Annual Budget for 2025/2026 was approved during the Council Meeting held on 28 May 2025.   

Notice is also hereby given in terms of Section 25(4) of the Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000) that the Final IDP for 2025/2026 was adopted during the Council Meeting held on 28 May 2025. 

Furthr notice is hereby given in terms of the Chapter 6 of the Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000) and Chapter 7, Section 53 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003), that Council took note of the 2025/2026 Draft Top Layer Service Delivery Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) during the Council Meeting held on 28 May 2025. The Executive Mayor will approve the 2025/2026 Draft Top Layer Service Delivery Budget Implementation Plan in terms of Chapter 7, Section 53 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003).

The Council Resolution and all other relevant documentation are available during office hours at the municipal offices and libraries in Clanwilliam, Citrusdal, Graafwater, Lamberts Bay and Elands Bay. The said documentation will also be available on the website of the Municipality: www.cederbergmun.gov.za.
