APPROVED 2026/2027 DRAFT BUDGET AND DRAFT AMENDED FIFTH
GENERATION INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP) 2026/2027
Cederberg Municipality hereby give notice in terms of Section 16 (1) and 29 (1) (b) of the Municipal Systems Act (Act 32 of 2000) that open days will be held during April 2026 to obtain public input on the draft Amended 5th Generation Integrated Development Plan (IDP) 2026/2027 and Budget.
The Council Resolution and all other relevant documentation are available during office hours at the municipal offices and libraries in Clanwilliam, Citrusdal, Graafwater, Lamberts Bay and Elands Bay. The said documentation will also be available on the website of the Municipality: http://www.cederbergmun.gov.za/resource-category/integrated-development-plan.

GENERASIE GEÏNTEGREERDE ONTWIKKELINGSPLAN (GOP) 2026/2027
Cederberg Munisipaliteit gee hiermee kennis ingevolge Artikel 16 (1) en 29 (1) (b) van die Wet op Munisipale Stelsels (Wet 32 van 2000) dat ope dae gedurende April 2026 gehou sal word om publieke insae te verkry vir die Konsep Gewysigde 5de Generasie Geintegreerde Ontwikkelingsplan (GOP) 2026/2027 en Begroting.
Die Raadsbesluit, en alle ander tersaaklike dokumentasie, is beskikbaar gedurende kantoor ure by die munisipale kantore en biblioteke in Clanwilliam, Citrusdal, Graafwater, Lambertsbaai en Elandsbaai. Die gemelde dokumentasie sal ook beskikbaar wees op die webwerf van die Munisipaliteit: http://www.cederbergmun.gov.za/resource-category/integrated-development-plan.

Notice is hereby given in terms of section 45 of the Cederberg Municipality By-law on Municipal Land Use Planning that the abovementioned application has been received and is available for inspection during weekdays between 08:30 and 15:00 at the office of the Cederberg Municipality, at the Town Planning & Building Control Department, 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam. Any written comments may be addressed in terms of section 50 of the said legislation to Private Bag X2, Clanwilliam, 8135, or fax number (027) 482 1933, for the attention of Mr. A. Neethling, on or before 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, quoting your, name, address or contact details, interest in the application and reasons for comments. The comments can be emailed to landuse@cederberg.gov.za. Telephonic enquiries can be made to Mr. A. Neethling at (027) 482 8000. The Municipality may refuse to accept comments received after the closing date. Any person who cannot write will be assisted by a Municipal official by transcribing their comments.
