OPENBARE DEELNAME VIR DIE WYSIGING VAN RUIMTELIKE ONTWIKKELINGSRAAMWERK VIR CEDERBERG MUNISIPALITEIT
Cederberg Munisipaliteit is tans in die proses om die wysiging van die Munisipale Ruimtelike Ontwikkelingsraamwerk (MROR) in terme van die Ruimtelike Beplanning en Grondgebruikbestuur Wet, 2013 (Wet 16 van 2013) (‘SPLUMA’), die Wes-Kaapse Wet op Grondgebruikbeplanning, 2014 (Wet 3 van 2014) (“LUPA”) en die Cederberg Munisipaliteit se Verordening op Grondgebruikbeplanning (PK 8062 van 15 Maart 2019).
Belanghebbende Geaffekteerde Partye (B&GP’s) het 60 dae (23 Oktober 2026 – 23 Desember 2026), soos gestipuleer in Artikel 13 van die Wet op Grondgebruikbeplanning asook Artikel 7 van die Cederberg Munisipaliteit: Grondgebruikbeplanning Verordering, 2019, om kommentaar te lewer op die tweede konsep ROR dokument (eerste ronde vir deelname).

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK FOR THE CEDERBERG MUNICIPALITY
Cederberg Municipality is currently in the process of compiling the amendment of the Municipal Spatial Development Framework (MSDF), in terms of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013) (‘SPLUMA’), the Western Cape Land Use Planning Act, 2014 (Act 3 of 2014) (‘LUPA’) and the Cederberg Municipality Land Use Planning By-Law (PG 8062 of 15 March 2019).
Stakeholders, Interested and Affected Parties (I&AP’s) have 60 days (23 October 2026 – 23 December 2026), as outlined in section 13 of LUPA and section 7 of the Cederberg Municipality: By-Law on Municipal Land Use Planning (2019), to comment on the second draft SDF document (first round of participation).
