NOTICE: 215/2024 - Proposed adoption of a by–law on liquor trading days and hours for the Cederberg Municipality 

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 12(3)(b) of the Local Government : Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000 that the Cederberg Municipality intends to adopt the abovementioned proposed Cederberg Liquor Trading Days and Hours By-law.  Full particulars of the By – Law are available for inspection at the following places:

Any objections against the proposed Liqour trading days and hours By – Law, must be submitted in writing to: The Municipal Manager, Private Bag X2, 2A Voortrekker Street Clanwilliam 8135 for attention Mrs A Wilton, not later than 30 November 2024

Any person who cannot write may, during office hours approach the Helpdesk at the relevant town for assistance with the lodging of an objection, if any, against the proposed Liquor trading days and hours By-law.
