Detailed description of proposal:
  1. Amendment of General Plan No. 1984 in accordance with Section 15(2)(k) of the Cederberg Municipality Land Use Planning By-Law (PG 8062 of 15 March 2019), involving the closure of a portion (±7003m² in extent) of Erf 292 (public place) forming part of Town Graafwater Extension No. 6 and subsequent creation of one additional land unit.
  2. Subdivision of Erf 292 as shown on General Plan No. 1984 of Town Graafwater Extension No. 6 in accordance with Section 15(2)(d) of the Cederberg Municipality Land Use Planning By-Law (PG 8062 of 15 March 2019), to create two portions, namely Portion A (±7003m² in extent)and Remainder Erf 292.

 

  1. Rezoning of proposed Portion A (±7003m² in extent) in accordance with Section 15(2)(a) of the Cederberg Municipality Land Use Planning By-Law (PG 8062 of 15 March 2019) from Open Space Zone II to Authority & Utility Zone to accommodate an  authority use which includes a waste drop-off facility.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Notice is hereby given in terms of section 45 of the Cederberg Municipality By-law on Municipal Land Use Planning that the abovementioned application has been received and is available for inspection during weekdays between 08:30 and 15:00 at the office of the Cederberg Municipality, at the Town Planning & Building Control Department, 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam. Any written comments may be addressed in terms of section 50 of the said legislation to Private Bag X2, Clanwilliam, 8135, or fax number (027) 482 1933, for the attention of Mr. A. Neethling, on or before 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, quoting your, name, address or contact details, interest in the application and reasons for comments. The comments can be emailed to landuse@cederberg.gov.za. Telephonic enquiries can be made to Mr. A. Neethling at (027) 482 8000. The Municipality may refuse to accept comments received after the closing date. Any person who cannot write will be assisted by a Municipal official by transcribing their comments.

Besonderhede van aansoek:
  1. Wysiging van Algemene Plan No. 1984 in ooreenstemming met Artikel 15(2)(k) van die Cederberg Munisipaliteit Grondgebruikbeplanning Verordening (PK 8062 van 15 Maart 2019) wat die sluiting van 'n gedeelte (±7003m² in omvang) van Erf 292 (publieke plek) en die skepping van een addisionele grondeenheid behels.
  2. Onderverdeling van Erf 292 soos gewys op Algemene Plan No. 1984 van Dorp Graafwater Uitbreiding No.6 in ooreenstemming met Artikel 15(2)(d) van die Cederberg Munisipaliteit Grondgebruikbeplanning Verordening (PK 8062 van 15 Maart 2019), om twee gedeeltes te skep, naamlik Gedeelte A (±7003m² in omvang) en Restant Erf 292.  
  3. Hersonering van voorgestelde Gedeelte A (±7003m² in omvang) in ooreenstemming met Artikel 15(2)(a) van die Cederberg Munisipaliteit Grondgebruikbeplanning Verordening (PK 8062 van 15 Maart 2019) vanaf Oopruimte Sone 1 na Owerheids- en Nutssone om ‘n owerheidsgebruik te akkommodeer, wat insluit 'n afval-aflewering fasiliteit.  

 

Kennis word hiermee gegee in terme van artikel 45 van die Cederberg Munisipaliteit se Verordening op Munisipale Grondgebruik en Beplanning dat die bovermelde aansoek ontvang was en dat dit beskikbaar vir insae beskikbaar is gedurende weeksdae tussen 08:00 en 15:00 by die kantoor van die Direkteur : Ingenieurs en Beplanningsdienste, Cederberg Munisipaliteit, by die Stadsbeplanning en Boubeheer Hulptoonbank, Voortrekkerstraat, Clanwilliam. Enige geskrewe kommentaar moet, in terme van artikel 50 van die genoemde wetgewing geadresseer aan Privaat sak X2, Clanwilliam, 8135, of gefaks word na (027) 482 1369, vir aandag van Mnr. A. Neethling, op of voor 30 dae van die datum van publikasie van hierdie kennisgewing, met vermelding van hierdie kennisgewing en met aanduiding van u naam, adres of kontakbesonderhede, belang by die aansoek en rede vir kommentaar. Kommentaar kan gestuur word na landuse@cederberg.gov.za. Telefoniese navrae kan gerig word aan Mnr. A. Neethling by (027) 482 8000. Die Munisipaliteit mag weier om aansoeke wat na die sperdatum ontvang was te erken. Enige persoon wie nie kan skryf nie kan bygestaan word deur 'n Munisipale beampte om amptelik hul kommentaar op skrif te stel.
