​NOTICE 58/2026: CENTRAL SUPPLIER DATABASE REGISTRATION (CSD) 2026

Cederberg Municipality only source quotations from suppliers listed on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).  

Registration is compulsory in order to conduct business with Cederberg Municipality.  The database will be used to verify the accreditation of a supplier before an award can be made.

Those vendors who are not yet registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) are urged

to register as a supplier as soon as possible.

To start your online registration process, vendors need the following information:

• Company Registration Document (CK Document);
• BBBEE Certificate / Affidavit;
• Tax Clearance Certificate / Tax Status Pin;
• Physical and email address;
• Business Bank Account Details;
• ID and cell phone number
• Proof of Address
