Kennis word hiermee gegee in terme van artikel 45 van die Cederberg Munisipaliteit se Verordening op Munisipale Grondgebruik en Beplanning dat die bovermelde aansoek ontvang was en dat dit beskikbaar vir insae beskikbaar is gedurende weeksdae tussen 08:00 en 15:00 by die kantoor van die Direkteur : Ingenieurs en Beplanningsdienste, Cederberg Munisipaliteit, by die Stadsbeplanning en Boubeheer Hulptoonbank, Voortrekkerstraat, Clanwilliam. Enige geskrewe kommentaar moet, in terme van artikel 50 van die genoemde wetgewing geadresseer aan Privaat sak X2, Clanwilliam, 8135, of gefaks word na (027) 482 1369, vir aandag van Mnr. A. Neethling, op of voor 30 dae van die datum van publikasie van hierdie kennisgewing, met vermelding van hierdie kennisgewing en met aanduiding van u naam, adres of kontakbesonderhede, belang by die aansoek en rede vir kommentaar. Kommentaar kan gestuur woord na landuse@cederberg.gov.za. Telefoniese navrae kan gerig word aan Mnr. A. Neethling by (027) 482 8000. Die Munisipaliteit mag weier om aansoeke wat na die sperdatum ontvang was te erken. Enige persoon wie nie kan skryf nie kan bygestaan word deur 'n Munisipale beampte om amptelik hul kommentaar op skrif te stel.

Notice is hereby given in terms of section 45 of the Cederberg Municipality By-law on Municipal Land Use Planning that the abovementioned application has been received and is available for inspection during weekdays between 08:30 and 15:00 at the office of the Cederberg Municipality, at the Town Planning & Building Control Department, 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam. Any written comments may be addressed in terms of section 50 of the said legislation to Private Bag X2, Clanwilliam, 8135, or fax number (027) 482 1933, for the attention of Mr. A. Neethling, on or before 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, quoting your, name, address or contact details, interest in the application and reasons for comments. The comments can be emailed to landuse@cederberg.gov.za. Telephonic enquiries can be made to Mr. A. Neethling at (027) 482 8000. The Municipality may refuse to accept comments received after the closing date. Any person who cannot write will be assisted by a Municipal official by transcribing their comments.

APPROVED 2026/2027 DRAFT BUDGET AND DRAFT AMENDED FIFTH
GENERATION INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP) 2026/2027

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 22(a) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management
Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003) and Section 18 of the Municipal Budget en Reporting Regulations 2008
respectively, that the Draft Budget for 2026/2027 was approved during the Council Meeting held on 31
March 2026.

Notice is also hereby given in terms of Section 25(4) of the Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act No. 32 of
2000) that the Draft IDP for 2026/2027 was adopted during the Council Meeting held on 31 March 2026.
In terms of Section 21A of the Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act no. 32 of 2000), the local community is
invited to submit written comments or representations to the municipality in respect of the Draft Budget and
Draft IDP for 2026/2027, by no later than 30 April 2026.

The Council Resolution and all other relevant documentation are available during office hours at the
municipal offices and libraries in Clanwilliam, Citrusdal, Graafwater, Lamberts Bay and Elands Bay. The said documentation will also be available on the website of the Municipality: www.cederbergmun.gov.za.

GOEDGEKEURDE 2026/2027 KONSEP BEGROTING EN KONSEP GEWYSIGDE VYFDE
GENERASIE GEÏNTEGREERDE ONTWIKKELINGSPLAN (GOP) 2026/2027

Kennis geskied hiermee ingevolge Artikel 22 van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Finansiële
Bestuur, 2003 (Wet No. 56 van 2003) en Artikel 18 van die Munisipale Begrotings en Verslagdoening
Regulasies 2008 onderskeidelik, dat die Konsep Begroting vir 2026/2027 goedgekeur is gedurende die
Raadsvergadering van 31 Maart 2026.

Kennis geskied ook hiermee ingevolge Artikel 25(4) van die Munisipale Stelsels Wet 2000 (Wet No. 32 van
2000) dat die Konsep GOP vir 2026/2027 aangeneem is gedurende die Raadsvergadering van 31 Maart
2026.

Ingevolge Artikel 21A van die Munisipale Stelsels Wet, 2000 (Wet No. 32 van 2000), word die gemeenskap
genooi om ten opsigte van die Konsep Begroting en Konsep GOP vir 2026/2027 skriftelik kommentaar of
vertoë te rig aan die munisipaliteit, teen nie later as 30 April 2026.

Die Raadsbesluit, en alle ander tersaaklike dokumentasie, is beskikbaar gedurende kantoor ure by die
munisipale kantore en biblioteke in Clanwilliam, Citrusdal, Graafwater, Lambertsbaai en Elandsbaai. Die
gemelde dokumentasie sal ook beskikbaar wees op die webwerf van die Munisipaliteit:
